Leading financial services industry outsourcer to banks, broker dealers, wire houses and other institutions providing mutual fund and 401k administration, information services, insurance and education services to clientele.  BISYS was a $1 billion service company that operated globally in the financial services industry.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE

Became affiliated with BSG through preparing and leading the sale of a privately-held insurance brokerage firm in 1996.  Developed a single division of insurance distribution to a multi-disciplinary platform, which included educational and licensing/regulatory services to financial services professionals in the financial services industry.  Sustained a growth rate greater than 100% over five years straight, building the group from 150 employees to over 1,800 with revenues of approximately $275 million.
